Liability

• Aero3_d cannot be held liable for damages, defects, injuries, or losses arising from:
  • Improper installation or use,
  • Failure to follow installation or maintenance instructions,
  • Product unsuitability for a customer’s specific purpose,
  • Combination with non-Aero3_d components.
• We strongly recommend that installation be performed by a qualified bicycle mechanic.
• Maximum liability for any claim shall never exceed the amount paid for the product.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or property damage.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting from gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

 

Material Variability & Tolerances

Due to the nature of additive manufacturing, minor variations in color, surface finish, dimensions, and strength may occur.
Dimensional tolerances are approximate and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

Custom Orders & Design Responsibility

For custom or customer-supplied designs, the customer confirms they own or have permission to use the design.
Aero3_d is not responsible for design flaws, fitment issues, or functional failures related to customer-provided files.

Shipping, Risk & Delivery

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
Aero3_d is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
