Strength Comparison:
While not quite as strong as CNC-machined aluminum, this mount achieves approximately 60–75% of the tensile and flexural strength of aluminum 6061-T6, depending on print orientation and load direction. The carbon-fiber reinforcement adds rigidity and temperature resistance, making it suitable for real-world cycling conditions (including heat and vibration exposure).
